12-Week weekly
Our most popular package is the 12-week program, which provides ample time to establish a personalized daily routine that can facilitate long-term behavioral changes. This program also allows for goal adjustments along the way, ensuring that you are optimally positioned for success. At the end of the 12-week program, many clients choose to renew their package or opt for our new yearly option.
Maintenance Program
Starting fresh in 2023, we are excited to introduce our new maintenance program designed for individuals who have achieved stable recovery and feel confident in maintaining their daily goal plan with once-a-month check-ins. This plan provides continued accountability and consistency through unlimited messaging and daily goal monitoring, ensuring that you stay on track towards your long-term recovery goals.
Yearly
In response to our clients’ requests for increased accountability and a regular weekly time slot, we have recently introduced yearly packages. We recognize that making lasting changes takes time, particularly when it comes to addressing areas such as health, nutrition, fitness, career, and mindset. By committing to a yearly package, we gift ourselves the time needed to do the hard work required to achieve our goals.

All of our packages include our signature full messaging service, individualized clinical programming, and daily goal monitoring to ensure you receive the highest quality of care.
In addition to our program packages, we also offer family sessions that can be selected either as part of a standard package or as a separate, one-time service. These sessions provide an opportunity for families to come together and support their loved ones in their recovery journey.

4-Week weekly
Weekly Consultations include four 60-minute online video meetings.
This option is for individuals who have completed a 12-week base program and are extending month to month.

4-Week Biweekly
This package consists of eight 1-hr Zoom virtual appointments over 8-weeks.
This option is for individuals who have completed a 12-week base program and are extending month to month.
You work together with your coach to assess your current daily routine and tailor fit a strategy that places you in the best position to achieve your health, nutrition, lifestyle, and career goals.
12-week biweekly
The 12-Week Bi-Weekly Consultation package includes two scheduled 1-hr virtual coaching sessions (via Zoom telehealth) per week and on-going text messaging and Habit Share app follow-up throughout the week.
You work together with your coach to assess your current daily routine and tailor fit a strategy that places you in the best position to achieve your health, nutrition, lifestyle, and career goals.
The bi-weekly consultation packages are more in-depth reviews focusing on the regular, daily habits of the individual’s life and how they could be optimized to help stabilize the internal environment, thereby increasing the likelihood of a successful and purposeful recovery.

Family session
One time family sessions are separate from the standard Reaction Recovery programs.
These are 1-hr Zoom Telehealth sessions preferably between a coach and two family members (e.g. one parent and one child, two spouses, etc.) with the intention of creating a safe space for dialogue and open discussion.
One time add-on
This option is for folks who are already enrolled in a standard program and who would like an additional 1-hr face-to-face virtual session during that week.

We recognize the importance of conducting a comprehensive intake assessment before starting a coaching relationship. To ensure that this process is conducted with care and attention to detail, we offer a complimentary 45-minute discovery call.
This allows us to get to know each other, discuss any concerns or questions, and determine whether a coaching partnership makes sense. During this call, there’s no rush to get everything answered, and we can take the time to fully assess whether we are the right fit for your needs.

At Reaction Recovery, we firmly believe that lasting behavior change requires frequent and predictable points of contact with a person who is accountable, respected, and encouraging. To facilitate this, we have developed our recovery offerings with this principle in mind. While the packages differ based on the frequency of face-to-face visits, our core offering of unlimited messaging and daily goal review is available to all our clients. We understand the importance of consistent support and strive to provide it to all those seeking our services.
face-to-face
Our virtual coaching packages include one or two weekly face-to-face sessions conducted via Zoom telehealth, depending on the chosen package. You’ll have the flexibility to select an available time slot while registering for the program. However, if needed, you can work with your coach on a weekly basis to adjust the schedule to your convenience.
Messaging
We don’t operate on a strict schedule! Once you are set up on Whatsapp messenger, we encourage you to use our service as frequently as you need. Even if our coach is currently unavailable, we will respond to your messages promptly.
If you prefer not to use Whatsapp, no worries! You can also use the messenger service built into your Habit Share app.
Goal Tracking
We strongly believe that behavior change occurs through consistent habit formation and goal tracking in everyday life. That’s why we prioritize the use of our Habit Share app with all our clients. The app is designed to help you and your coach create a daily plan that can be tracked and reviewed on a regular basis. Whether you need to make changes mid-week or want to adjust your goals, we can pivot quickly and continue moving forward with your progress. With the Habit Share app, there’s no need to wait a full week to make adjustments – we can stay on top of your progress and help you achieve your goals in real-time.
Will I always be seeing the same coach?
Yes. Currently Dr. Simone is the only coach working directly with clients. All appointments and message correspondence will be with him.
I DO NOT LIVE IN THE U.S. cAN I STILL RECEIVE SERVICES?
Yes. We work with clients all across the world!
I live on the west coast, will this affect messaging?
Our coaches operate from eastern standard time (EST), however because there are no messaging windows, conversations are typically not affected.
Where do i receive my zoom appointment link?
Zoom links are sent via email and/or SMS fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled appointment.
How should i prepare for the appointments?
To ensure that we can address the nature of our work with the necessary focus and attention, we kindly request that all calls be taken indoors. We strongly suggest finding a quiet and distraction-free area for the call to take place.
Do you give homework assignments?
While we don’t refer to them as “homework”, we do work from individually designed curriculums based on where you’re at in your recovery journey. This includes worksheets, but don’t worry, most of our clients enjoy the exercises!
DOES THE HABIT SHARE APP COST MONEY?
No. Habit Share is the free app we use to stay connected to our clients on a daily basis.
What if i book a one month package and then want to switch to the three month?
Occasionally this happens! You will be unable to switch plans via the online scheduler, however your coach can offer you alternative payment options so you can still take advantage of the cost savings associated with the longer programs.
Do you work with adolescents?
Although we work with adolescents, the core feature of our program, which involves daily messaging, can be a bit challenging with this age group. To ensure the highest quality of care, Reaction Recovery only accepts a maximum of two adolescent clients at a time. We would be happy to schedule a time to talk further about working with this unique population and address any additional questions you may have.
